Condition: Very good. Rebound in modern blue buckram with gilt titles to spine. contents with ocassional light foxing. One plate torn. Contemporary owner's name in pencil on the end paper.

Condition: Sound binding and generally clean contents though end papers are foxed/grey stained. Plates are clean and bright. Folding map torn along one fold though this does not affect the coloured only the surrounding territory (Lancashire). There are also small perforations where the folds intersect.

Hard back in blue boards - good only boards are rubbed at edges and wih fading perhaps due to water damage to the spine. Binding is shaken and hinges cracking. Occasional foxing and greystain on pages throughout.
